The current Winter Sale is for new customers only, not existing ones, which is a frustration shared by customers exempt from the savings: "I like Virgin Media, but sadly find they don't reward loyal customers". Bottom of article :dunce:

There seems to be a lot of people who have a contract renewal coming up.

In order to check what you are paying when compared to other Virgin customers, this is a useful site. Of course, it can only compare with what others have input, but those of us who want to give them the least amount of money possible would probably be using the site, so it does give a good indication of how well your deal is when compared to others:
