Think broadband monitor question

So I've been running a BQM graph on my VM connection for about 5 months just out of interest. A couple of months ago the graph went solid red showing 100% packet loss although the internet still worked normally. I rebooted the router and all went back to normal. I've just noticed the same thing has happened again, solid red for the last 48 hours but internet functioning seemingly normally.

Using Hub 3 in router mode. The external IP hasn't changed. I had a look on the router config page in the firewall section, couldn't see any reference to ICMP ping requests but everything in the menu was ticked apart from "block fragmented IP packets" which was enabled but not ticked. Should I be looking in a different menu?

Before I go and reboot the router again does anyone have any experience of BQM graphs and be able to suggest a solution. Cheers.

I've been running the BMQ checker graph donkeys years and I believe mines gone all Red atleast once, my understanding is it is not a problem at your end so nothing to worry about. Maybe there are other people in your area on this forum who also use the BMQ and may have the same issue?

Yes I think it may be an issue with the ping requests being refused. Just strange how it can work for months then just stop. The external IP hasn't changed so I don't know why it's happening. I've rebooted and sure enough working again.
