Sky stream box no picture message saying please wait for your program to load there is a technical Fault with this channel and your sky stream box

Same thing again

My sky stream box has now locked up when I went to watch a program could not rewind or fast forward now box has turned off and reset

Now I have crackly sound on my Sky stream box

My box will not switch on this morning

Notification on screen, please wait for your program to load now. I have no channels.

Had to reset sky box as it froze up while I was watching a program 6:49 pm

Message on screen, please wait for your program to load lost all channels 2:25 pm

15th September at 2:30 pm

Got my Sky stream box replaced this is still happening. Message please wait for your program to load. I am not happy about this. Something needs to be done if not I am going to cancel.

Maybe they could contact sky rather than a post in a forum?

Calling sky customer support would be a good start.

Have you checked your broadband is working fine, as Sky Stream needs Internet to work. Perhaps your WiFi or broadband needs looked at?

yes my virgin broadband is fine speed 350
