But if I, or my child, had such a violent allergy to…….in this case milk……..it’s usually nuts…….that could kill them…..I would not be trusting anyone..especially some kid in Costa fffn coffee, with me or my child’s life.

Sorry, but bad decisions, it’s not Costa’s fault. They can take some blame but if you’re that vulnerable…….it’s on you to look after yourself.

People deserve a “reasonable” duty of care………but if you’re so far out there that a splash of milk will kill you…………it’s on you.

Yeah, I read it earlier and noted this in the report.

Its not the fault of Costa they didnt have any pen with them, which clearly they should have.

When I visit certain restaraunts now I feel like I should be wearing a tee shirt that says "No, I dont have any allergies you need to know about". :sleep:
