Super foods Shots - Anyone use them?
 

Does anyone take any shots to help in their daily health?


I've started taking the ginger shots you can buy which are a mixture of vitamin C, Ginger, and apple juice.
Going to see how I get on.


I wondered if anyone else takes these or makes their own healthy drinks?

I'm dubious when it comes to these type of things. Most are just fruit juice and doesn't really add anything extra as long as you eat healthily. Better off just taking multi vits and eat more fruit.
