I searched for an existing thread but there wasnt any on this base,mostly on the 'website discussion' message base and I wasnt thinking just this site so I just started a new thread...

Anyway: Do you type out your smilies or click on 'em?

I just get the URL and post it...

OOPs I must have gotton confused,I saw this thread earlier on CTH and started my own using that excellent page :)

I didnt reply to that thread because there are alot of images that dont show up anymore so I started my own..

You really start some weird pointless threads sometimes.

Smilies or emoji are usually still images. Gifs are animated.

I used some of my phones emojis recently and they appeared as a black box with a question mark in it. Paul said that this was because i'd not used the site emojies, so using third party gifs may not work either.
