Not sure if this helps you.

Recordings are only available through the Android and iOS apps. For 360 that's TV Go, for V6 and TiVo that's TV Control.

It's not available on Windows or macOS through the browser.

The answer is YES as long as you are on the same WiFi network

Wishlist isn’t recordings

On my Android phone, recorded shows are available on the Virgin TV Control app, under "my shows" (you can access the different sections through the three parallel horizontal lines in the top right corner of the screen) - I have a V6.

always wondered why we need to be on the same wifi to use it. surely if i'm 5G somewhere it should connect to my tivo box and allow me to capture recorded shows?

yeah but why does it need to be on the same wifi? why cant i on my 5G outside my house not be able to stream my recorded shows?

i can send signals from my 5g phone abroad to my tivo to ask it to record stuff. but to watch stuff it has to be on the same wifi?

It is technically possible, but bear in mind Virgin's carriage agreements only allow for viewing of your recordings at the registered account address. Hence the restriction to your own home WiFi. If we were allowed to record to the cloud as V360 was intended to be used, you could view them anywhere. SkyQ has the same restrictions.
