Forgot Virgin Email accounts can some one remind me you reset my password?

It ask for a password which do not know.
I know my Virgin account number and my are code

I can read my emails, i have a hearing problem so I found the Virgin agent very dificult to undrstand.

Yes That happens at alot of places :( (They dont speak good english)

I am sure that you are correct, even the audiology at my hospital is the same
