Cancel how do you know

I cancelled an engineer this morning ,how can I tell if it happened , stupidly I thought I might get a e mail :dozey:

If he doesn't turn up :erm:, although that could also happen if you hadn't unbooked it. I agree they should confirm the cancellation but that doesn't seem to be the VM way.
