Pixelating B42 area.
 

Hi I’m getting bad pixelating on certain channels Sky Sports UHD Main Event, Comedy Channel HD etc. Called VM and after running checks ascertained that it wasn’t my equipment at fault and it was a network problem. They said give them 48hrs and it should be resolved. It has now been 4 days and the problem still persists. This is the Birmingham B42 area. Anyone else experiencing problems?

It's likely to be a signal fault just to your home. They've had their 48 hours - call again

You have your own cable from the street cabinet, then cables/splitters/isolator etc inside your home Any one of them can go faulty or get damaged, and cause this problem.

I remember that. We don’t use our cable lay any more. Using cable on other side of the Rd now
