Sharing a Google Drive

I'm about to become a Trustee for a charity that I am involved with.

I'm doing the admin for them (non financial) and the person who did it signed it over to my email address, he did a while back give me access, but I need to add another trustee, but I've never done this,

How to I give someone access, I've had a look but just cannot find how to do it.

I personally would have assigned it its own log in and not use your email

We have an email account for this charity and we use that.

Re: Sharing a Google Drive

You can set up a shared folder on your Google drive. To which you can allow others access, but not the rest of your data.

Re: Sharing a Google Drive

Is it just access you need to give them or control of the directories?

Do I just give them the login details.

if you want them to have full access to the drive and the rest of the account. They may well need to contact you for 2FA if it is set up (which it should be)

A colleague of mine showed me their Google account and use delegated rights, I'm not an advanced Google user but can you do that with what you want?
