Email outages.

Has this widespread problem with emails affected anyone here?

Be interesting to know exactly what the problem is and why they are struggling to solve it. An email service was basic for an ISP 20 years ago, but VM now struggle for some reason.

Are they hoping customers move their email elsewhere so they don't have to provide it. Trouble is they might move ISP aswell. Still have my Ntlworld email but wouldn't use it for anything important now, still handy to have though.

My wifes account was affected, but all her old messages were restored ok.

We are slowly moving her from using her VM account anyway, since they delete everything if you leave them.
