The big pack

hi I have the the full package why do I get sky sports sky moves but no sky Atlantic ? I also get sky sports ultra HD

Sky Atlantic isn't available on any Virgin Media package. It's exclusive to Sky and Now TV.

I remember some years ago the CEO of Sky boasting that Virgin would never have it. It was deliberately offered at an astronomical price at one point. BT customers only get it via the Now TV app, which doesn't allow any content to be recorded.

You can record Now on BT TV - the channels are on the EPG

BTtv customers can record NOW channels from the EPG but only if you subscribe to NOW via BT.

A regular NOW account will not open up the channels in the EPG.
