What happens with contract if move off network?
Hi,
If I am in a contract with Virgn Media, and I move off network, what happens with the remaining contract? Do I need to pay for the remain unused contract, even thought I can't get it, for whatever reason? Gaz |
Re: What happens with contract if move off network?
Hi Gaz,
Providing you are moving to an address within the UK that VM don't cover then yuo should be refunded any early termination fees providing you supply VM with proof of residence. https://news.virginmediao2.co.uk/vir...t-home-movers/ |

Beware of the small print though.
https://www.virginmedia.com/legal/fi...onnection-fees They charge you the cancellation fee whatever. Up to you provide proof of residency at the new address within 30 days, which you may or may not have at the time. Only then will they refund it. |

Hopefully the next thing they will stop is existing customers pretending they are new customers. Same price, I say, for all with discounts only for real loyalty = continuous custom. |
