July 4th changes
 

Virgin Media has reveal on "What's on Virgin TV" on Channel 998 that FROM July 4th 2023 the following will happen:

*Some Entertainment channels will be move to new home to bring them all together.
*ALL Entertainment +1 hour channels will be easier to find.
*Music channels will be move to new homes.

NOTE: At time of posting I have seen no info on list of channel changes.

More information on what will happen on July 4th on Virgin Media UK will start to come out tomorrow as all TV Books for next week are out.

I hope things dont get worse......

UPDATE:

*UKTV has reveal that Ailbi HD will move to Channel 114.
*UKTV has reveal that Drama HD will move to Channel 116.

*UKTV has reveal that Eden HD will move to Channel 176.
*Virgin Media is set to merge Factual and Lifestyle into Entertainment from July 4th.

*The majority of Documentaries and Lifestyle channels will be in the range of Channels 176 to 200.
*Music channels will be moved to channels 280 to 300.

*E4 Extra will still grouped in the Music genre.
*Plus 1 channels will have their own section from channel 301 to 399.

*Virgin Ultra HD will move from channel 228 to 175.

We just wanted to let you know that on 4th July, we’re updating the numbers of 86 channels on all our TV boxes.

We’ll be moving our best-loved entertainment and music channels further up the TV guide, and grouping +1 channels together, so they’re all easier to find.

These changes will happen automatically, so you don’t need to do anything. And don’t worry – none of this will affect your recordings or Series Link+.

Has anyone got a screenshot of next week’s EPG changes? A few friends have VM, but struggle with emails. I’ve also got Sky, so will struggle to help them.
