Ampersand and question mark etc buttons
 
How to enable ampersand, question mark and bracket keys etc please, these were working up until this morning.

Try checking to see if your keyboard is still UK and not US.

What happens when you press it, do you get other chracters etc?


Not a perfect solution but a word package allows you to select characters.

Remember that you can get unusual characters like ° (Degree) from
programes/accessories/system tools/character map

I changed it to English(United States) and all seems back to normal. Many thanks Hom3r and Heero for your help. :) :tu:

if you switch it back to UK does it work again? can you check your region is set correctly?

I know now where I went wrong, I was using the caps lock instead of the shift key, another senior moment. :rolleyes:


Ive now switched back to English UK.
