V6 goes into a loop

I would have thought that such a bug would have made it to the front pages, and not just hidden away on their community board.:dozey:

Re: V6 goes into a loop
I guess it was fixed quickly and, at least, in the last three months since that post.

Re: V6 goes into a loop
Our son did a reset last week, and the fault appeared. He contacted VM and was told that there was a bug causing it.
So now he has a bricked V6 until a fix is found. |
Re: V6 goes into a loop
Get him to power on the box while holding the plus and standby buttons on the front panel. Let go of the buttons when the Welcome screen shows. The box should recover in about 15 minutes.

Re: V6 goes into a loop
That doesn't work, and VM told him so.
