Hello

How are VM responding to SAR requests?

I called vm on behalf of my in laws and was lied to on multiple occasions. Even promised that someone would review one of the calls and call back (didn't happen).

I've submitted a SAR for the call recordings...so unimpressed.

Yeah, I've submitted one - just wondered if anyone had real world experience of how they deal with them (as in crap or reasonably responsive)
