Is it tied to your main VM account password? No sign of being able to set it independently of the VM account.
"edit password" in "Account Settings->Account Details".

But that would be for virgin media not the ntl emails 🤔

You should be able to click on 'Forgot your Password' on the next screen.

Good link, got me sorted with my daughters hacked e-mail account. Had tried the same page earlier but it didn't work, but second time lucky. :tu:
