Dropped internet due to vehicles on slabs

Hi guys I have a problem. Every time a vehicle passes over our pathway slabs at the bottom of our drive the internet cuts out for up to 5 minutes before restoring. I suspect it’s the slabs moving. I applied to the council to repave but they have responded not severe enough. We know this is what’s causing the problem but surely a rocking slab shouldn’t cut out the internet. The pathway is quite a distance from the house as well. Any thoughts on what I can do.

Speak to Virgin Media, they may arrange a re-pull of your connection.

It would do if the coax is under those slabs and is being flexed or pulled when the slabs move.

Even the ducting moving could also do that if it's full of coax and there is no 'wiggle room'.
