Sutton/New Malden speed issues

Is anybody suffering any speed/connection issues?
Yesterday about mid day my connection went south, it was up and down all day, dropping every couple of minutes and then coming back up. Speeds were through the floor as well, I just logged into think broadband to look at the BQM and I was greeted with this.
