I am returning my V6 set-top box.

What items do I need to return?

Just the V6. But you can put the rest in if you want - it'll get recycled

Make sure you get a receipt and keep it for a very long time. There have been cases where it has been claimed that the box hasn't been returned, when it has. Then they tried to (or actually did) charge for its non return.

Yeah we've had fun and games during our return. Sent a package but not enough terminators, then text messages to say a date they were going to pick it up but never turning up and then silence. Ended up handing the package to an engineer who was doing a new install nearby and coincidentally had just unplugged our line from the tap.

Got a receipt/confirmation via email a few days later.
