I know that but for many who like HD which they pay for then they will be disappointed. And of course that solution only applies if you know that there is an issue... Which is still not fixed

Hi 1701-e,
If the VM EPG is missing or different from that the broadcaster has listed on their own website then you can report it to tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk I would suggest that first you check your set top box network settings first - Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network and see that it's up to date. The set top boxes should successfully reconnect around every 6 hours and repopulate the EPG. If it hasn't reconnected then click on Connect to Virgin Media service now |
