Looking for new package help
Hello all,
I have now left VM after working there for a double digit period of time, and with it lose my staff discount. I have never had the pleasure (!) of calling customer services/retentions, which I now have to do, as they will automatically put me onto the mates rates package, which in all honesty isn’t what it used to be, and is more than I wish to pay. I have had a look at the VM website and looked at some packages/prices.I know they are new customer deals, but I was just wondering if using them as some sort of reference point/bargaining chip works? And also am I most likely going to be speaking to an off shore agent? Thanks |
