Nope, just a judge that followed the law.

How does going into rehab have anything to do with driving whilst disqualified and without insurance? She isn't claiming to be an alcoholic, so rehab had nothing to do with that aspect of the driving offences.

Going into rehab was part of bail conditions whilst awaiting sentencing.

That was the "legitimate expectation".

It's a mystery why she had the option to go into rehab in the first place, and wasn't sent to jail at that time.
