Bluetooth Earbuds question

My boyfriend has recently been given a gift by his aunt of Moosen TWS-880 Pro bluetooth earbuds the thing is we cannot get them to pair with anything.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and he has a Galaxy S21 and we have followed the instructions but nothing seems to work.

Anyone have any idea what we could be doing wrong?
