Recordings
hi, on june 16th i phoned virgin. i had set the wales game to record & 6 versions had recorded i.e. scotland, ireland london etc. a further 3 versions were marked as 'will not record, will clash with other recordings' other programmes i had watched would not delete. i was told it was a known issue & to give it 10 days while it was worked on. this problem has continued, so yesterday i phoned back, told them & was given the same story & to wait a week while it is worked on. re-booting the box has no effect. what do i do?

Try doing "Clear Programme Info & Planned Recs" from the Help & Settings -> Clear and Reset menu. If that doesn't resolve it, there probably is no solution short of "Clear and Delete Everything", which will delete all your recordings.

Oh no, I had a similar problem with my V+. Every day I would delete 4 recordings & everytime after the daily update in the early hours of the morning they would return.
They must have done a release because one day I deleted them & my available disc space jumped quite a bit and I never saw them again. Hopefully they will do something similar for this issue too. |
