New M500 - Power Level Check?

Hi Everyone,

just got connected with M500 after a year of not having VM and wanted to check the power levels?

Also,

I have been given a Hub4 - I would like to hide my WiFi/SSID however the option is greyed out in settings?

Are you getting full speed? If you are does it matter if the levels aren't spot on?

My ping in gaming seem a little on the high side,

So I was wondering if that’s due to the Power Levels.

Everything is mint as Martin said. If you want to start tweaking options and have optimal performance, especially on a higher speed tier where you want to get what you pay for, I suggest buying your own proper router. You know there won't be any dramas, everything will be 100% and there are lots of settings you can change so everything on your lan is exactly how you want it. Relieve the shub of its routing burden and put it in modem mode.

Is your gaming carried out over WiFi or wired? WiFi is prone to added latency because of neighbouring channel interference.

Have you considered this possibility?

I only run wired to my PC / Consoles.

In that case the Thinkbroadband BQM is the next stage of investigation.
It would help if you leave your system quiet for a half hour in the peak time before you start gaming so that we can see the difference in the graph.
