Anyone else here been affected? They're impossible to get through to.

Fine all day ( at least every time I have tried) Cardiff .but Taff seems to have more problems than I do !

I went to Thinkbroadband to check the graph as that shows if VM went down.

But VM changed my IP address on the 2nd of March!!

No issues here - never have a problem contacting them either. Longest wait for a long time is about 10 minutes.

Just double checked that my link worked and got the following ..... Ooops! Page not found. (Error 404) .... not sure whether that was a real life comment by the internet getting fed up. :D

I had a slow and intermittant connection between 8 and 9 this morning. It's been fine since though.

It been perfect here in Warrington all day :)

The minuet there is a glitch the complainers will start. funny that a quote is Across the country yet it was NOT across the country :)

Alright, across the UK then.

People are bound (and entitled to) complain because they are paying a lot of money for a service they aren't getting.

You always seem to try and defend any problems that are encountered because you work for them. I get that they are your bread & butter, but other VM employees on here tend to keep a more neutral stance.
