Tv not working
 

I wonder if anyone can help. My tv just has a blue screen and “mono 01” when switched on.
The TiVo box (up to date one) has the normal white line. Sorry I am a bit clueless with these matters!
I have tried rebooting twice but that does not sort it out.
Any advice much appreciated. Thank you.

Check the TV source is set for the HDMI input plugged into the V6. The remote will have a button marked source or with a TV screen and an arrow pointing into it. This usually brings up a menu of the possible sources. I think yours is probably set to DVB / Free view at the moment and not tuned in.

Thank you...that was exactly the problem! All sorted now and will remember that if it happens again.
The last thing I want is no tv during this lockdown..so thank you again.
