Speed issues
A bit of an issue over the last 5 days, would anyone mind taking a look at these stats and see if the problem can be identified. Speed tests are showing about 200mbps over ethernet (should be M600) and were about 570 a few days ago.

Re: Speed issues
power levels are fine on the upstream and downstream but you have got a big problem with rs errors across the board. Did your connection go down this morning or have you turned the shub off? If it has gone down it is for a significant period of time and it may be due to network maintenance to fix the issue.

Re: Speed issues
I was doing the obligatory reset for virgin tech support but got know where

Re: Speed issues
The reason why you are having issues with speed is because of the number of packets being dropped and having to be retransmitted.
