LED monitor response time
 
I am looking at a LED monitor with a Response Time 4 ms, is that ok for all I do is mainly MS Office and general surfacing of the web.?

For office and web use, any cheap LCD monitor will do. Fast-moving graphics require low response times so the image doesn’t look mushy but that’s unlikely to be a consideration for you.

I didn't know the web needed resurfacing? Got a bit of leftover tarmac on your truck have you? Ideal for a garden path?

Almost any LED monitor will be adequate for your needs unless you're gaming or watching UHD video.
