Muffled sound

I have had a V6 for just over a month and when watching "The Man In The High Castle" on Amazon Prime I have found that the sound is muffled - I don't have this problem with any other programme on Amazon or any other channel or Netflix... :confused:

Yeah that show sound seemed muffled on my Nvidia shield too.
