Discontent Home Network

We are moving over to a new isp next weekend Looking to disconnect our in home wiring from virgin network to make sure we don’t put noise on there network

Found the isolator in the wall at the front door if I cap it at the isolator wold that be ok

So it would look like this Virgin line from outside —-> isolator —-> Cap

IIRC VM would do this in the cabinet, so I doubt you need to do anything your end.

Capping at the isolator is fine. VM would only do it at the cabinet if it was found that noise was being introduced.

I found one that a tech must have dropped next to the main street cab near me. I kept it just in case the co-ax needed to be properly terminated on cessation of service.
