Netflix repeatedly dropping out

It seems to have coincided with the recent VM broadband fault but I have noticed that Netflix on the V6 also has a fault. I have watched an episode - most recently Narco, Series 3 - and as I attempt to play the next episode Netflix begins to load and then freezes on (always) 25%. Happened yesterday and again today. If I exit Netflix and try again, say 30 minutes later, it plays normally. There is no error message. My broadband seems unaffected.

A 25% issue has been going on for several years on lots of different devices for Netflix. The only thing in common with all the reports was - Netflix. Netflix would always blame the device whatever it was.

I've never had it on the V6 but have on other devices - and seen lots of V6 reports.

Worth trying this in case it's the same issue. In Netflix on the V6 go into the settings and actually Sign Out. You'll need to sign back in but that has resolved many 25% issues.

The only time I've had the 25% issue is when I tried to access something and then realised I was in the child's version!

I'd recommend rebooting your SuperHub even if other devices are unaffected. Also, if your V6 is WiFi-connected, try moving stuff to improve the signal strength.

Netflix played faultlessly yesterday evening. I have never encountered this problem before with the V6. I'm still suspicious that it was something to do with the widespread VM fault. Hope it's fixed now.
