How to install a printer in Ubuntu?

Trying to install a Pantum P2000 printer in Ubuntu.
Have tested Ubuntu 20.04 and Elementary OS 5.1.3 but neither work.
The Pantum website has an Ubuntu driver but inside the zip file is just a .rpm file and not .deb.

How should I proceed?
