TV down lincoln

Hi,

Both off our TV boxes are down in Lincoln, North Hykeham, anyone else having this issue.
Tried to reboot 1 box and it stuck on boot up weith the blue on, it was working this morning
The other box hasd W02 on all channels.

Internet is fine.

Was saying nothing but now saying there an issue and should be fixed by 5.40pm
