How do you do that if BB is down. Had this message today check your BB go to web site really!

Not neccessary, they could have been using someone else's internet or a smart mobile device.

What i'd do in this situation is to phone and ask a neighbour (with wifi that I could receive) to either let me have their password (either a temporary one or they could change the existing one after i'd finished if they had any concerns) or to temporarily take it off until i'd finished.

A friend is lucky in that he lives near to a factory that has an open wifi connection.
