Probably to thwart the extra checks in SE England.

A while back, a Vietnamese cannabis growing gang from Vietnam was found to have arrived by a similar route through France and Ireland.

Highlights again that the threats are not from the UK to the EU, but the other way around. Always have been, and always will be.

4 arrested now... one of which was from Northern Ireland he was caught at Stansted Airport.
