Are you on the Grimsby hubsite? There was a planned outage this morning for a capacity upgrade.

There were 15 separate changes scheduled between 09:00 and 14:30. Different sets of customers would have been affected by each one. So I can't tell you exactly.

Big changes are done overnight, but ones affecting relatively small numbers of customers are sometimes done during the day.
