That building in Staffordshire is the result of collapsed coal mine workings and people get in state about fracking.

Reminds me of the Tearoom in Lavenham which is where the Harry Potter house is that Lord Voldemort killed his parents in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One, there are also loads of others there, maybe the builder had too much ale!
