I would like to comment on this. And l do not think members will like it.

We are NOT going to beat for TWO reasons.

1) Sad to say that there is NOT enough police officers or police staff on the streets of the UK due to the severe cuts brought on by this awful government.

In London alone there has been a cut of 20.000 officers since the Tories got into power - that's a FACT


2) Stop and search will ONLY work if members of the public stopped going on about - Oh Why are you stopping me again. Police have the power to stop ANYONE they belive is carrying a weapon. They go by Intelligence led information.


Police will also go far there own checks.

The biggest problem in this country, is that the public jump onto the back of officers who are stopping Black or White persons in the street.

To me the lack of respect for law enforcement officers has completely gone out of the window.

Just let officers do there job.

Many have no respect for the law, no respect for their parents, no respect for other people in society.

Gang culture is rife, which is IMO just a set of big bullies threatening kids to 'join us or get whacked'.

I'll probably get shot for this but going to say it anyway:

Thank you America for teaching us how to lose control of our kids.
Thank you Liberal 'do gooders' for giving kids the right to walk out of school lessons when they feel like it, to abuse teachers/police/parents with no punishment because 'oh the little darlings are too young to be responsible'
Thank you to the lawyers and law makers who have removed any kind of deterrent for many crimes, and made punishment for these crimes a joke.

Whilst your points above may hold some sway, surely this begins in family homes across the country?

How SPECIFICALLY would even a ten-fold increase in police officers solve anything? Take any incident and SPECIFY how an increase would have changed that incident.

Criminals of whatever kind, do not sit around, not committing any crimes, see the drop in police officers and therefore decide to go out and commit a crime as a result.

oh I agree, and the majority do a great job of it. Society however, has given some kids the idea that no matter what they do, they cannot be punished for it.
Woe betide the parent who's child rings childline because they didn't like being put on the naughty step :rolleyes:

Knife crime is the symptom not the problem.

Part of the issue has already been mentioned and it's the breakup of the family and the loss of a real moral compass. Whatever you may think of it a Judeo-Christian influence does have a positive impact (love others) but what we get is that you should follow whatever you feel is right.

Didn't she moan the other day for being described as "coloured" by Amber Rudd? And now she has referred to her own son as "black" ?

'Black' is fine but 'coloured' isn't. That is until tomorrow or whenever it changes to something else. It is so easy to not keep up with these things.
