Sky Q mini box issue

Having problems with my mini box,not getting any channels or able to watch recordings. Checked in the settings and it says connected to router and connected to main sky Q box,so at a loss as to what else it could be. Tried reboot,switching off at the mains but no help. Anyone got any suggestions?

Have you switched everything off at mains ie router , Q mini and your main Q box ?

Yeah I tried all that. I rang sky this morning and went through the whole process again with them,and I don't know if they did something at their end or not but all is working fine now. Thanks for responding mate.
