Everyone sounds like chipmunks on BT Sport UHD

I've been having sound issues for over a week on the BT Sport 4K channel. Everyone sounds like a high pitched, comedy chipmunk. I've reset the V6 box twice with no change and everything sounds fine on all other channels.

Is this a well known problem or something unique to my set up?

EDIT: Now sorted thanks to Dave42 - here's a video of the comedy audio: https://youtu.be/ysoYH2OpyAk

No, everything sounds perfect on every other channel. It was fine previously on BT Sport UHD but I first noticed it on a Saturday game the other week and then again in the Champions League mid week.

Hi Dave, yes that made all the difference in the world! Thank you for the suggestion. It's been set to Dolby Digital since it was installed and this problem has only started in the last couple of weeks. Very strange, but glad that I no longer have to choose between comedy audio and excellent picture quality :p:

The software update that's currently rolling out enables Dolby Digital Plus. It seems your TV can't decode it properly. Check if a firmware update is available for your TV.

Thanks Spiderplant, the audio is being sent to my AVR which does support Dolby Digital Plus decoding although it's connected via ARC which may be causing the issue?
