Failing WD Black NVME Drive question

I have returned a 500GB WD Black NVME drive to where i bought it 6 months ago after i started having random crashes, blue screens and lockups.

I ran The WD Software on it and the health has dropped to 98% even though its not being used for anything more than general use.

I had an email stating they "Tested" the drive and theres no problem.

I returned an email asking them to test it properly this time and run the WD Diagnostic software themselves on it to see the problem, have i done right?

Personally - and I'm no expert by any means - those "random crashes, blue screens and lockups" would have me looking at software/driver issues rather than the HDD.

Having said that, let's see how their return email goes ;)

Re: Failing WD Black NVME Drive question

I have installed the same software\drivers on a Samsung EVO 970 NVME drive and no crashes, no blue screens.

Why would the health of the drive on the other one be dropping after just 6 months of basic use?
