NVME Raid driver Question

If i'm just running an NVME drive normally without raid of any kind is it best to install the AMD raid chipset drivers from the AMD Website for X470?

Reading around a bit, I'd say use the main chipset drivers but not the Raid ones.

If there is a driver from the maker of the SSD, that may or may not perform better

I have a WD Black 500GB and for Windows 10 there doesnt seem to be a driver it uses a generic one where as Samsung have drivers that perform better than the Generic ones.

You only need raid drivers if running a raid array.
