Problem with a page on my IPad

I was on the BBC Sports page and was informed to sign in to listen to the radio, It would not let me. Continue and I am stuck on the page unless I flick it away, but it keeps coming back, no matter what I do. Most annoying, other than that I Pad fine,

Try restarting the iPad
