Twitter problem
 

When I go into my Twitter page on my IPad, it just will not move, any idea what the problem is, I signed out and back in but no joy , My Twitter on my PC is fine,

Delete App and reinstall. See how that goes.

When I go to Install Twitter and sign in again in Apple iTunes , it says the App requires iOS 10 or later version, but when I update my IPad it says I am up to date,

Just read my IPad mini will not work with iOS 10 ,
