Virgin Media Business - Didn't turn up!

Just a bit of quick history first...

As you may or may know i am an ex-installer for Virgin Media (McNicholas)

I left 2 years ago to persure a career in web developement after being treated like crap.

I work from home 3 days a week now, so i figured after several outages lasting several days i would change my broadband to a business contact for the 24hr SLA.

This is where it all goes down hill, i took me 3 days to get a phone call back to confirm my order, then i got the installation date of today (3rd August) - 8am - 5pm.

After not hearing anything whether it be confirmation or updates from either the install engineer(s) or management i gave it until 4pm before i made a call chasing up what was happening.

I was told that the engineer was be coming out before 5pm, and that they can't chase until after this time has passed.
So i called back at 5pm after still not seeing an engineer or having any information in anyway, to be told once again that i would be installed today, and that the manager would call me in 10 mins.

I gave it until 6pm before i called again for a 3rd time, to finally get through to the manager who also stated the install would be happening today.

So by 8pm i still haven't heard anything, and still no engineer, so i tried calling again to be greeted with the sorry were closed automated message!

If i had treated customers like this when i was on installs and not shown up i would have had a lot to answer for and would have been lucky not to loose my job.

I can't believe how i have been treated by the business team!

*Rant over*
