Samsung S Note Windows broken?
 

I'm tying to add to separatte PDF into a S Note on my Note 8,but the app won't let me.

So I tried and downloaded the PC version.

But It keeps asking for the User Name and password constantly, despite saying its a one time deal, then does not sync.(the password is 100% correct)

any ideas for the PC version?
